You will be responsible for a number of markets, ensuring that the local sales people receive the necessary support so they can execute the sales of nutrition’s products. You have a background as dairy scientist, food scientist, human biologist or biologist.

Based on market and consumer insights, you develop new and improve existing products within Butter and Spreads (BSM). You drive the development process from pilot plant scale throughout implementation to the final handover to production. Your product development experience is backed by an MSc within Food Science and Technology, Dairy Technology or similar.

Under 2008 etablerades Global Lean Management som en följd av en strategisk satsning inom Arla Foods. I danska Århus ansvarar idag sex medarbetare för uppstart av företagets Lean-projekt. Nu öppnar vi kontor i Göteborg för att kunna starta Lean-projekt inom Arla Sverige. Därför söker vi nu en Team Leader Lean, en Lean-Project Consultant, en Senior Lean-Consultant och en Junior Lean-Project Consultant.

Som strategisk PR- och sponsringsmanager blir du navet för Arla Foods alla samarbeten inom sponsring. Dessutom blir du ansvarig för att utveckla, implementera och driva Arlas PR-strategi med utgångspunkt i våra långsiktiga affärsmässiga målsättningar. Du blir placerad i Stockholm på Arlas marknadsavdelning i gruppen Consumer Dialogue & Communication.

Som Future creation project manager kommer du jobba i nära samarbete med produktkategorierna. Utmaningen blir att lyfta Arlas innovation till en ny nivå.
